Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
• Coordinate with all BIM modelers, coordinators and Project Engineers/Project Managers of various M&E contractors
• Carry out testing and commission of M&E work
• Manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
• Ensure timely prepare and submission of CSD
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
• Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Mechanical / Electrical system design
• Good site management and supervision skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Knowledge in Microsoft & autocad

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for security configuration, access control, authorization management and duty separation of application system.
• Responsible for dealing with security issues and security response of application systems.
• Conduct information security compliance auditing, regular access control review and submit report.
• Responsible for code auditing of application systems.
• Responsible for information security control in the process of development of application systems.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned Information Security Professionals with:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Network Security or Cyber Security, at least 3 years working experience.
• Familiar with application security and experience in SAP would be an advantage.
• Familiar with regional data security regulations and standards e.g. ISO27701, GDPR, PDPA, etc..
• Familiar with SDLC development process and system development.
• Knowledge of access control and relevant experience in authorization management of application system.
• Security certification such as CISA, CISSP is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for M&E related work including review of detailed designs based on technical feasibility, alignment with project requirements
2. Perform engineering works to support the project
3. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
4. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors
5. Manage project planning including development of project schedules, monitoring achievement of project milestones
6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
3. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
