• Implement the site supervision quality and safety assurance system

• To carry out regular site checks on contractor & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation

• Attend site progress and technical meetings with the project team and Client to resolve site and technical issues

• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed

Requirements

• Degree in C&S Engineering from a University accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

• Must be accredited as a Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES

• Min. 5 to 8 years’ site working experience in Singapore for civil engineering, pavement & ground improvement project working experience would be advantage point

• Working experience in road, drain, earthwork, retaining wall, building and airfield construction would be preferable

• Strong knowledge of C&S details, working drawings, shop drawings and C&S construction method

• Strong knowledge of LTA, PUB, NParks and BCA requirements and regulation for construction.

• Good supervisory and leadership skills

· Carry out preventive maintenance according to service procedures

· To perform repair task that includes parts replacement, overhaul of equipment, upgrading of equipments

• Lead the design and execution of the next evolution of KABAM’s Co-Lab and Halo autonomous mobile robots, leveraging expertise in ROS, robot navigation, robot perception, and proficient programming in C++/Python. Prioritize innovation while ensuring the highest standards of reliability and robustness throughout the development process
• Lead projects from concept to deployment, defining scopes, milestones, and deliverables. Provide expert guidance to the commercial team and our customers
• Mentor and review the work of junior team members and peers, offering valuable feedback to enhance overall product quality
• Provide expert support for remote robot deployments at customer sites worldwide
• Maintain documentation of the design, development, and deployment processes for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team. Capture insights gained from projects in docs and present them in regular team sessions

Requirements :

• Education – Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with a focus in robotics, mechatronics, or related fields
