The engineer is to also execute demo & conduct training for service members / agents and customers as well.

Responsibilities

1. Define and Document Equipment process requirement and specification.
2. Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths in order to meet equipment specification.
3. Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy Off specification for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department.
4. Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability.
5. Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues
6. Support other internal departments to handle customers’ process related issues and recommend technical solutions
7. Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2. At least 3 years experience in an equipment manufacturing environment with a process engineering and background
3. Strong interest in the development of new manufacturing processes
4. Experience in process design and control in the area of laser marking process.
5. Knowledge in Material Science will be added advantage.
6. Knowledge in cycle time calculation.

The Executive/ Senior Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT) supports the organisation in Business Process Info. Tech. and Strategy & Innovation at the regional level.

He/ she will be support in the digitalisation progress across the organisation by driving and implementing a robust IT infrastructure to support the Company’s expansion. He/she is expected to manage the transition from the current to the new infrastructure end to end while performing preventive and corrective IT works as and when required.

As part of digitalisation, he/ she will explore potential Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) suitable for the Group.

• Accountable for overall finishing (visual inspection, packing etc) compliance at OSATs
• Responsible to align with corporate for finishing policies/ governance to formalize, deploy and implement at OSATs.
• Responsible to align with corporate on implementation of new initiatives and standardization at OSATs
• Responsible for Unit Level Traceability (ULT) with 2DID, to formalize, deploy and implement at OSATs test and finishing
• Work with regional team to ensure compliance of the finishing process at OSATs
• Drive improvement of OSAT’s finishing processes to conform to ST requirements
• Benchmarking of OSAT’s finishing capabilities and solutions

Profile:

• Experience in NPI/qual/production/finishing procedures and processes in semiconductor EWS/Final Test manufacturing

• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, and understand requirement of test applications - data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, PAT (EWS & FT) etc
