Job Descriptions:

· Process orders from PR or WhatsApp groups.

· Confirm order details like description, model, and quantity.

· Source and negotiate the best deals with approved vendors for quality, price, terms, delivery, and service.

· Negotiate prices with vendors/suppliers to ensure the lower price.

· Checking prices against budget consistently and issuing purchase orders upon approval.

· Keep track of order status and delivery schedules.

· Update the project order list daily basis.

· Handle returns or credit notes for any discrepancy deliveries.

· Verify purchase order details against invoices/delivery orders.

· Perform system amendments for any discrepancies.

· Coordinate with the logistics department to follow up on partial deliveries.

· Update sales orders for exchanges or cancellations.

· Prepare weekly purchase reports on outstanding orders.

· Coordinate with operations for product information and timely delivery.

· Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE N, O Level or relevant qualifications

· Preferred 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

· Fresh graduated are welcome to apply

· Meticulous and able to work independently and as a team

· Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Description

• Support the project team in the purchase of equipment, materials, and services
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement documents
• Coordinate with suppliers in pricing and to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Assist in the management of supplier relationships
• Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies
• Research potential suppliers and products
• Assist in equipment inspections and registrations

Job Requirement

• Prefer 2 years of experience in procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
• Candidate will be based at office

• General Accounting

• Handles account receivable and payment timely

• Responsible for invoicing

• Maintain and update procedural document

• Clearical support and admin duties

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of purchase requisitions orders and issue request for quotations.
• Source materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications.
• Vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.
• Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, production, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
• Issue purchase orders and follow-up on outstanding purchase orders.
• Maintain purchasing related documents for record and audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration/Studies
