Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore
Rystad Energy is growing rapidly, and we are now looking to grow our Talent Acquisition Team. To join this team, we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our regional headquarters in Singapore, to further strengthen our global Talent Management Team (global HR team). As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support Rystad Energy’s talent acquisition strategy globally, to ensure we continue to attract and recruit exceptional Talent. You will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring Talent in line with the corporate strategy and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans. Responsibilities
- Effectively support recruitment strategies to strengthen Rystad Energy employer brand recognition in relevant markets and forums
- Support Employer branding efforts by updating and creating material for our web pages and other forums
- Short- and long-term planning and coordination of Rystad Energy recruitment events and efforts
- Contribute and support a harmonized and data-driven approach to Talent acquisition
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of Rystad Energy’s hiring needs across all departments and geographies
- Support and in time, manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to find, attract and hire exceptional Talent in addition to ensuring an optimal candidate experience
- Create and write job advertisements and publish these in relevant forums
- Source new candidates through databases and perform CV screenings
- Coordinate and administrate the interview process
- Plan and coordinate Campus recruitment events to attract newly graduated Talent
- When needed, maintain regular contact with external advertising and recruiting agencies to support the recruiting process
- Maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions and stay active with current job boards, social networks, and other platforms to find and attract new Talent
- Collect and discuss the technical assessments with the interviewers and make final recommendations about the suitability of the candidate
- Supports candidate's transition from the current organization into Rystad Energy
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
- 1-2 years of experience within recruitment is required for this role. Happy to consider candidates currently operating in an internal function, of those working agency side looking to transition
- Experience from executive search and selection is highly beneficial
- Fluent English verbal and written skills are required
- Knowledge of social media and experience with LinkedIn in recruitment processes
- Tech-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office
