Job Title: Senior Executive, Product (6 Months Contract)

Job Description

You will be responsible for the growth of digital share of sales for our Consumer business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and plans and will translate them on our Digital Sales platforms (both Web and App) to drive customer acquisition and cross-/up-sell.

As a digital product owner, you will be supporting the onboarding of new purchase journeys, campaigns and offers, defining and managing the agile product backlog to increase conversions, and undertaking testing and development efforts to enhance capabilities and improve platform reliability and performance. You will also be responsible for reporting and analysis of digital sales performance.

• Engage UX-UI, data analytics and various business line stakeholders in improving & defining digital (website, app) purchase journeys to drive digital sales • Support upcoming digital transformation projects in user acceptance testing (UAT), in documenting test results and in communicating the results and implications to development & business teams for timely & effective resolution • Influence offers and campaign strategy to maximize quality traffic and online conversion rate • Cross functionally define requirements of new features and improvements to current digital purchase journeys • Define and manage agile product backlogs as product owner of purchase journeys • Partner with internal IS (information systems) and vendors (on scope/timeline/quality) and communicate requirements to ensure development, testing and release activities meet delivery timelines • Work closely with IS and vendors to ensure optimal platform accessibility and quality; with timely resolution of production issues; be hands-on and proactive in finding solutions or patterns • Monitor, report and analyze sales performance, on-site conversion rate; identify issues pertaining to drop-off and define optimization and improvement plans of purchase journeys

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience with web & app development, user experience best practices working with UX-UI teams; system integration working with IS teams and digital project management
• Proven experience with sales analysis and reporting, comfortable with numbers and deriving action plans from data

Technology related:

• Familiarity with project management systems like JIRA/Asana/etc
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma/Figjam/etc
• Familiarity with WEB/App environments like OutSystems/ AEM/ CMS (good to have)

Responsibilities:

• Industrial Trends & Insights: Analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to generate ideas for NPD.
• Product Positioning: Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USP).
• NPD Leadership: Oversee the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including reformulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead efforts with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturers, R&D, and Quality for timely product delivery.
• Supplier Liaison: Source and coordinate with contract manufacturers and formulators; serve as the main contact for NPD discussions.
• Formula & Compliance: Review formulations and ensure ingredient/design compliance with regulations.
• Product Testing: Ensure understanding of product challenge tests, stability, and compatibility studies.
• Costing & Pricing: Research market prices, generate product costing, and propose pricing.
• Product Introduction: Conduct product training for marketing teams and sales leaders.
• Post-launch Management: Analyze product performance, manage feedback, and provide technical responses.
• CAPA Response: Address corrective and preventive actions raised by Quality.
• Standard Procedures: Contribute to and implement standard procedures aligned with industry and QMS standards.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and projects to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Preferred Candidates with an interest in marketing within beauty, skincare, personal care, or similar industries is a plus.

Job Descriptions:

a) Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.

b) Assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program.

c) Prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.

h) Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

i) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements

· Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)

· At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry ie: Roadworks; MRT
