Role:

Manage and optimize operational flows for our client sectors

Actively assist to develop an overall payments strategy as the industry evolves alongside our business needs. The ideal individual will assist the management team to build our next generation capabilities in the payments space

Front line interaction with a network of key vendors across cash agent banks as well as central banks.

Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the firm's books and records.

Manage our daily cash payments and receipts for a particular portfolio.

Work with internal business units to resolve cash settlement exceptions / issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in financial services

Good organization and multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the attention to details

Solid, detailed understanding of cash payments infrastructure such as SWIFT messages and various local clearing systems in Asia markets.

Knowledge in the payments control functions such as sanction screening/fraud detection/AML preferred

Job Responsibility

Responsible for the common facilities in:

• The management, bookings, maintenance of all facilities (swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, gym, squash and tennis courts, playgrounds, putting green, BBQ pits, function room, games room).
• Keying in of data
• Handing over of security pass / carpark label
• Collection of Admin fee / Renovation fee / Security Pass

Responsibilities

• To prevent unauthorized person(s) from entry into the estate, reduce the risk of criminal intent, mischief, theft and vandalism
• Reduce threat to safety of occupants and damage to property
• Foot patrol within and around the estate to spot suspicious characters, identify problems and reduce potential intrusion
• Assist the armed CISCO police officers in the discharge of their duties in protecting the occupants and the premises
