The Senior / Post-Production Planner will manage the post-product request and requirements. This role will plan the post-production activities to improve shipping capacity. You will coordinate all projects postproduction execution activities from entry to completion.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Lead project post-production requests and workflows for one or multiple type of postproduction requirements.
· Review and plan all post-production activities to optimize daily shipping capacity.
· Lead projects postproduction meetings with various functional team to strategize plans to meet customer’s postproduction requirements.
· Plan and prioritize packing sequence and exceptions request by the required deadline.
· Establish postproduction forecast plan to support shipping operations capacity and workforce planning.
· Work closely with various function teams to arrange workforce and capacity to meet customer’s postproduction request.
· Identify gaps and improvement plans to address any issues faced during postproduction activities.
· Expedite relevant functional groups immediately when there are any potential postproduction schedule delays and adjust the schedule as needed.
· Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
· Implement key organization process improvement plans through Perfect Execution activities and fulfill operations measures.
· Support digital transformation, progressive changes to existing process to keep pace with efficiency gains expectations.
· Follow Company’s policies and procedures on work safety.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Minimum 3 years of production planning / master scheduling / data analyst experience.
· Experience with Oracle MRP, Microsoft Power BI and office suite is a plus.
· Good excel and analytical skills and attending to details.
· Experience chairing and facilitating cross functional meetings.
· Thinks systematically and prioritizes tasks to work efficiently and effectively.
· Demonstrate dedication to work and initiative.
· Positive and can-do attitude as well as willingness to accept challenges.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Computer Science or any related field
· Good written and verbal communications skills, ability to work well independently under pressure and as a great teammate.
· Drives for result, customer focused, detailed oriented, interpersonal savvy.
