Executive Assistant to Singapore the Directors/Associate Dean is crucial to plan and organize the activities of the Directors/Associate Dean. As close collaborator, the Executive Assistant will also support in specific activities related to the Directors/Associate Dean’s departments.

Main tasks:

1. Plan and organize the Directors/Associate Dean’s activities.

2. Provide administrative support to the Directors/Associate Dean by performing general administrative duties as answering phones, drafting letters/emails, data entry, monitoring appointments, drafting reports, etc.

3. Keeping the Directors/Associate Dean agenda updated, organizing travels and internal and external events linked to the Directors/Associate Dean activities.

4. Interface with stakeholders and act as an entry point for all internal and external requests for information and representation.

5. Solve various problems related to stakeholders (e.g. students and collaborators).

6. Ensure the link with VIPs and their welcome.

7.Building and maintaining good relationships with all contacts (internally and externally).

The role
As a member of our Operations Team, you will support the delivery of Business Information products/services in Experian Credit Services. You will be responsible to ensure that we meet or exceed our service delivery commitments/ and agreements with our clients to achieve a positive customer experience.
The candidate must have a reasonable knowledge of Singapore Credit Services products and solutions. You are required to collaborate and work effectively with internal cross functional teams (eg. sales/ technical / customer service) and external parties including data suppliers/vendors.
The candidate must be efficient, accurate and timely and have the relevant experience in Operations. The candidate must be passionate about delivering quality service, initiating process improvements to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have worked in MNC / financial institution and has demonstrated skill in being able to overcome the complexities of working in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve or exceed operational efficiency targets and objectives (eg. Utilization% etc)
• Deliver on service-level-agreement (SLA) commitments made to customers on delivery turnaround time and quality of delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely order placement support activities with data suppliers/vendors, to ensure timely fulfilment of customer’s business information orders, including but not limited to business/company, credit report, financial, litigation, and property related information.
• Ensure accurate & timely maintenance of information databases – via different data sources (including newspapers, portals, system integrations, etc)
• Work independently to monitor auto-buy/ integration programs, perform exception handling which may include manual buys & data updates, system re-initialization/verifications, liaison with internal technical team to fix integration problems.
• Provide regular feedback to manager on system/ process related issues that impact our speed and quality of delivery to our customers.
• Initiate process improvement/suggestions automation or formulate solutions to problems and collaborate across internal functional teams (technical/ sales/ customer service), and internal technical team to drive system enhancements, where necessary.
• Provide support in system related enhancements to improve process/speed or quality of delivery, User Acceptance Test or Business Continuity Plan which may take place during non-operation hours/days.
• Handle back-up operational activities/duties of other operation functions, where necessary.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Assume any report or task assigned that are relevant to operations.
