· Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders

· Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and dependencies to ensure efficient project execution

· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimise impact on project schedules and outcomes

· Schedule and organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes

· Communicate project status updates, progress reports, and issues to stakeholders and project teams

· Prepare regular project status reports, variance analysis, and other project-related documentation as required

· Monitor project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements

· Facilitate collaboration and communication among project team members, ensuring clarity on tasks and responsibilities

· Assist in resolving conflicts and issues within project teams, escalating to project managers as needed
