Project Planning and Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, as per budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Document Review and Execution:

• Thoroughly review and execute design drawings, design notes, and design specifications to ensure alignment with project scope.

Vendor Selection:

• Collaborate with the designer to select from a list of preferred vendors and suppliers based on project requirements, quality, and cost considerations.

Schedule Preparation:

• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are properly sequenced and resources are allocated efficiently.

Cost Discussion and Synchronization:

• Engage in cost discussions with vendors and synchronize project expenses with sales before issuing purchase orders (POs).

Site Kick-off Meeting:

• Conduct site kick-off meetings with vendors and clients (Cx) to establish project expectations, roles, and responsibilities.

Coordination with Sellers:

• Maintain regular communication with vendors to address technical difficulties, resolve issues, and ensure project progress.

Handover Management:

• Oversee the handover process, working closely with vendors to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including MCST, clients, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Group Communication:

• Respond promptly and effectively on other communication platforms to keep all relevant parties informed and address project-related inquiries.

Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Tackle unforeseen challenges, make necessary adjustments to the project plan, and handle any miscellaneous tasks that may arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years of experience in residential ID renovation industry.
• Candidate with sales ID experience are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in handover of residential projects(condo/hdb/landed).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Basic salary plus % net project profit
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

· Perform design, testing and commissioning of Integrated Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition System ( ISCS ) for MRT projects in one or

more of the following areas:

- SCADA for Power, Environment Control and Fire Protection Systems

- ISCS applications for Radio, CCTV, PA, STIS, ATS, Trains, etc.

· Prepare Equipment Cabinet Design document

· Prepare Equipment Cabinet Integration Manufacturing document

· Supervise Equipment cabinet manufacturing activities

· Responsible for integration of both hardware & software work as well as implementation

· Prepare project documentation including design, test plans/procedures, O&M / training manuals, etc.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering

· Excellent working knowledge of SCADA software package on Unix/Linux and Windows platforms

· Experience in working with PLC / RTU and SCADA software package

· Knowledge in operating systems such as Windows, Solaris/Linux, HW interfaces, interface protocol design (TCP/IP, RS422, etc) will be an advantage

· Knowledge in network analysis/management, network switches/routers setup and configuration

· 1 - 3 years’ experience in the design and implementation of Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA)
