Job Scope

As a Project Director, you will be working with challenges to find the right leadership solutions that enable our clients' leaders to adapt and move the organization forward.

While this position primarily supports our Singapore offices, candidates may be based in either London or Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.
• Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
• Lead project team members by providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
• Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution.
• Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance.

Must Haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, education management industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
