Title: Global Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager (B2B Manufacturing)

Our client is a reputable Global B2B Manufacturing business in Asia, with exciting growth plans in the next 10 years and beyond. They are market leaders in the design, development and manufacturing of a variety of innovative products globally.

The company has a significant presence in Asia in terms of its reputable market position in developing best-in-class supply chain management capabilities, and takes pride in ensuring optimized regional activities to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Global Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager, who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring smooth and efficient upstream supply chain processes and demand excellence work flow, in line with Asia manufacturing expansion plans and/or footprints.

Reporting to Global Supply Chain Director, and this position will be focusing on the below:

1. Work with cross functional supply chain teams to drive end to end optimal Supply Chain Process Excellence in order to support business and operations expansion and growth plans
2. Spearhead continuous process improvements across both upstream and downstream Supply Chain initiatives, not limited to Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Fulfilment as well as Warehousing & Distribution activities etc
3. Actively collaborate with Asia and Global sites to ensure optimal demand forecast and supply balance management, including that of managing inventory and safety stock levels within Asia by means of introducing effective replenishment planning processes etc. to ensure on time delivery to retail stores and assigned customers
4. Strategize supply allocation management to deliver cost synergies and related optimization to support Supply Chain Transformation
5. Conceptualize & drive other Supply Chain programs to streamline or ensure smooth and optimized workflow for manufacturing sites globally etc.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Supply Chain or related International Business Management experiences in a complex Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework
• Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in driving Supply Chain KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, inventory, cost-savings etc
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to important stakeholders
• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred

Job Description

· Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment

· Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning operations in the company’s portfolio

· Effective management of operations executives and site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations covering all required areas.

1. Audit professional with one or more of the following qualifications:

1.1 Bachelor degree in Accounting;

1.2 Possess CA Singapore Qualifications will be an advantage;

1.3 Possess other professional accountancy qualifications from recognized accountancy bodies that

are recognized in Singapore including ACCA / ICAEW /Singapore CA/ CPA Australia or equivalent;

2. Big 4 audit experience preferred. Candidates from the mid-tier audit firms will be considered.

3. Minimum of 5 years in auditing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role and currently working in the

audit profession preferred.

4. Knowledge and competent to handle all auditing areas and the International Financial Reporting

Standards and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Knowledge and experience of US

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles will be an advantage.

5. Required language: Fluent in verbal and written English.

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

7. Salary commensurate with work experience in auditing.

8. Able to start at short notice will be an advantage.

9. To be able to contribute to the Firm and can grow the Firm’s client base.

10. Strong technical knowledge will be an advantage.
