Title: IT Project Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Executive to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully helping the PM manage complex commercial projects from start to completion.

In this role, you will help plan, direct, and coordinate activities of IT infrastructure projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements. Your duties will encompass devising project plan, distributing team responsibilities, monitoring and controlling project execution, and adapting strategies to align with business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage technology infrastructure implementation in commercial office fit out / relocation / expansion projects, overseeing Network, Telecommunication Circuits, Audio & Visual System, Structured Cabling, Server Room and end user equipment aspects of the projects.

- Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.

- Translate business IT requirements to technical requirements and propose full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team.

- Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring and controlling.

- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and develop project timeline and budget.

- Accountable for progress tracking and status reporting to the business team.

- Negotiate and resolve project issues with internal or external team.

- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them. Regularly assess and update the risk management plan as the project progresses.

- Handle changes to the project scope, objectives, or requirements. Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of project plans, progress, decisions, and outcomes. This documentation can serve as a reference for future projects and audits.

- Ensure that all project objectives have been met and that deliverables are complete within timeline and budget. Conduct a post-project review to analyze successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree of technology discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects.

- Minimum 2 years of IT work experience.

- Professional certificates such as PMP, RCDD, CCNP, CDCDP etc. will be preferred.

- Technical background in structured cabling, network infrastructure or data center design & build will be an advantage to the candidate.

- High quality and successful infrastructure project delivery experience, includes but not limited to structured cabling, network and system solutions related projects.

- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external vendors.

- Strong project management and communication skills

- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively

- Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent presentation and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow amongst all stakeholders.
