He/She joins the team of managers and assistant managers to lead the organisation’s delivery of programmes and outreach to preschoolers, lower primary students and their parents, and educators.

The Manager (Education)’s job description is as follows:

• Conceptualises, markets and executes programmes, events and resources to inculcate kindness and graciousness in students from preschool to tertiary levels
• Serves as part of the Kindsville and Friends of Singa team, supporting programmes under these two banners
• Seeks, builds and maintains partnerships with preschools, schools, service-learning clubs, government, and private organisations to run educational programmes and events
• Collaborates with partners to enhance parent-child engagement through community outreach efforts, particularly leveraging the Kindsville initiative
• Plans, markets and executes the annual Kindness Award Ceremony, covering tasks from nomination consolidation and coordination to event management
