A&A HDB Mall project is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer.

Responsibilities :

• Address and resolve complaints or feedback promptly, implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, consultants, residents, and authorities, taking proactive steps to mitigate any issues related to construction activities.
• Liaise and coordinate with these parties to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Develop and execute public relations programs or talks to inform the public about the project's progress.
• Design and implement public relations strategies specific to the project.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding public relations activities on-site.
• Maintain and update all related records diligently.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field is required for this role.
• Prior experience as a Public Relations Officer is essential.
• It is preferably suited for candidates at the Junior Executive level, specializing in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and other general administrative duties assigned.
• Handle documentation for freight forwarding operations
• Conduct targeted conversations with customers to identify customer needs
• Manage the complete documentation for checks in accordance to internal SOPs, government regulatory requirements and legislations to identify non-compliance
• Monitor shipments regarding to freight forwarding matter
• Follow operational policies, standards and procedures
• Conduct basic risk assessment

Requirements:

• Minimum 'N' Level and above education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving during delivery

- To verify the items delivered are as per our POs to vendors

- To follow up with vendors pertaining to any outstanding POs that are not being delivered

- To follow up with vendors on items delivered incorrectly or short and to arrange for the next earliest delivery date

-Monitor and check the quality of stock upon arrival (Reject the items is necessary)

Receiving - Data Entry (Market List POs)

- Enter all Market List invoices into MC-Material Control System

- Attach Market List PO with supplier's invoice

- Attach receiving copy printout with supplier's invoice

-Investigate and solve problems with regards to suppliers (GRN, CN, DN)

Issuing and Receiving of Store Items

- To ensure that the Transfer Form is being raised by the requestor

- To confirm the quantity and item issued to the requestor are as per Transfer Form

- To keep the stock record cards duly updated on daily basis

- Maintain and update inventory reports for F&B Main Store

Job Requirements:

• O/A Levels or NITEC in any discipline

• Good inter-personal and communication skills and able to work across departments.

• Good knowledge in computer skills.

• Meticulous and has an eye for details.

1-Familiar with MOM website for WPOL and EPOL application/issuance/cancellation of WP/EP

2- Ensure legal compliance in all human resource regulations

3- Process Monthly Employee Payroll

4- Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc;

5- Manage staff / workers attendance records and leave balances.

6- Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of the course, update & maintain training records, etc.

7- Coordinate with the director on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters.

8- Monitor company insurance, vehicle insurance, medical insurance, workmen compensation and etc. 9- Responsible office administration such as pantry supplies, staff/ workers uniforms, stationery, office equipment and etc.

10- Liaise with company Account, auditor and relevant authorities for company related matters;

11- Keep properly all the necessary documents for audit.

12- Prepare Invoice for construction contracts,etc.

13- Prepare necessary documents for new jobsite.

14 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Manage customer complaints in professional manner

- Manage manpower deployment

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Any other related duties assigned by manager

Summary:

• Logistic industry (Air & Sea)
• Basic salary up to $2800

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all bookings for both air and sea freight
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, shipping rate and etc
• Interact with customer via phone / email
• Process customer orders, documentation, and schedule for deliveries
• Apply for custom permit if required
• Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments and etc
• Other related ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in logistic industry
• Bilingual in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and vendors

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Maintenance Team and the station staff to monitor performance of the ticketing kiosks using the Monitoring Control Console (MCC) workstation.
• Perform remote troubleshooting on the ticketing kiosks if required.
• Coordinate and work with maintenance team and station staff in:

- Compiling fault data for ticketing kiosks and generate reports.

- Combining and rearranging data from source documents where required.

- Verify data from maintenance team to ensure data accuracy and improve the ease of understanding.

• Assist in all systemwide software deployment activities to all ticketing kiosks including for Annual Fare Revision Exercise and other ad-hoc projects.
• Monitor performance of ticketing kiosks post software deployment for potential faults/issues.
• Generate backend reports of the ticketing kiosks for investigation purposes.
• Create Work Orders in the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to record details of fault troubleshooting.
• Supports in all ticketing kiosks and MCC workstation related tasks (e.g. update station layout drawing).
• Any ad-hoc additional duties as instructed if required.

Job Description

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls pertaining to residents' queries / feedback;
• Assist in cases creation in the system;
• Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system;
