• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Repair or replace damaged components in machinery and ensure all equipment is working properly after repairs.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machines, including testing, calibrating, and adjusting equipment for optimal performance.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory guidelines while performing maintenance work and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with production teams to plan and execute maintenance activities that align with production schedules, minimizing disruptions.
• Suggest and implement improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

What Do You Need to Have?

• Candidates MUST possess at least a Diploma or ITE in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• He/she must possess a minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering works troubleshooting machineries, ships, trains, building facilities, etc.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As Site Reliability Engineer, you will have to operate and maintain LANDI Global infrastructures. Your main responsibilities will be to:

· Build, operate, and maintain our platform infrastructures, across various environments

· Collaborate with R&D team to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of our platforms

· Implement and configure monitoring and alerting systems for visibility and resolution procedures to ensure timely remediation of platform failures

· Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery plans to ensure business continuity

· Analyse and present performance and cost optimization for the platforms

· Design and implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery frameworks and processes for deployment efficiency

· Manage change management and incident reporting processes to anticipate and respond to incidents to confirm with platform SLA

· Provide operational support for platforms and support resolving production issues as an escalation point to the team

· Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation

· Support deployment of environments as new clients are onboarded

EXPERIENCES

· At least 5 years or more experience in similar capacity

· Excellent oral and written communication in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with data product team and business end-users to implement and support data platforms using best-of-breed technology and methodology.
• Work closely with product vendors to design, deploy and integrate different data platforms with the organization's ecosystem.
• Ensure that the deployed platforms follow the IT security and compliance policies.
• Establish processes and develop monitoring mechanisms to detect the availability of the platforms.
• Act as the solution architect and develop the end-to-end onboarding of projects onto the data platforms deployed in the organization for different BI needs such as data ingestion, visualization, data governance.
• Perform testing on the deployed data platforms

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience of working as a platform support engineer or a software engineer or a data engineer.
• Solid working knowledge of implementing the optimal data structures and algorithms to create efficient and scalable applications in Java or Python.
• Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of application implementation to implement new platforms.
• Familiar with application integration using RDBMS.
• Hands-on experience of using Linux (or Unix-like OS) as the development environment, and familiar with Shell scripts and command line tools.
• Knowledge of data integration and data visualization platforms such as Informatica, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Exposure and knowledge in the following technologies will be advantageous:
