• Set up and run HASS to qualify the modules under testing conditions.

• Conduct a Functional Acceptance Test to complete the module test process.

• Maintaining the operations of the ATE stations

• To generate test reports

• Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into work

• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Education background : ITE or Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or related studies

• On the job training will be provided.

• Prior experience working in electronics (modules) production / manufacturing environment

• Competent handling of miniature with tweezers

• Ability to handle and solder components using a microscope

• Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

• Able to understand mechanical and electrical wiring diagram with some basic understanding of cable termination.

• Experience with network design and networking exposure will be added advantage

• Good knowledge with Operating platform such as Microsoft Windows and Linux

• Proficiency in operating measuring equipment or software such as network analyser, serial protocol analyser and oscilloscope

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment servicing, trouble-shooting, repair, upgrade
• Prepare test/service report
• Check materials to ensure meeting required specifications
• Identify suitable replacements for obsolete parts
• Perform calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
• Support set-up, installation & training of new tools/equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least one year experience in relevant or related field
• Technical knowledge and hands-on skills on monitoring, troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and tool recovery
• Able to interpret schematic diagrams
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proactive with good initiatives, problem solving skill and analytical ability
• Able to work under pressure

Description

Provide comprehensive Failure Analysis during development NPI process Work with various functional teams for root cause identification, simulation and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree/Master holder in Materials/Chemistry/Electrical Engineering
• Possess a strong command of failure analysis methods and in any of the corresponding field experience: 15+ years’ experience in electrical fault isolation OR 15+ years’ experience in physical FA using X-ray/SEM/FIB/X-sect OR Experience in surface morphology tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC assembly packaging design, process and testing
• Passionate in photography, keen in camera technology
• Ability to work independently, yet also be a strong team-player who thrives in dynamic and ever-changing work environments
• Strong solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility supporting multiple projects of varying complexity and priority
• Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communications skills
• Auger experience is a plus
• Nano-indenter experience is a plus
• Process/FA experience in semiconductors or optical devices is a plus
