• Streamline Purchasing processes, develop integrated Purchasing strategies to effectively manage the suppliers on order fulfillment, assurance of supply.

• Sourcing of materials/engineering parts locally/overseas with according to Bill Of Material (B.O.M) and equipment, goods and services.

• Develop dashboards with procurement trends, forecasts and KPIs for management reporting and recommend early intervention where necessary
• Manage the team to achieve Key KPI on OTD, Inventory turns, excess & obsolescence, aging Inventory, day of supply in RAW, WIP & FG.
• Interface with both internal & external stakeholder to derive achievable targets, set up strategic plan and drive the team towards meeting the target as set forth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business administration/Inventory management/Supply chain is preferred

· Understanding process requirements from Technical Spec & P&ID.

Reporting to the Operations Manager (Singapore), you will ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on dry cleaning, laundry processing, garment finishing, ironing, and packing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Lead and manage laundry operation teams, including itemizing, packing, washing/finishing, and ironing.
2. Performance Targets: Set and monitor daily and weekly KPIs and operational targets to maintain efficiency.
3. Garment Oversight: Supervise garment itemizing, quality assessments, and finishing processes.
4. Reporting: Provide daily updates to the Laundry Manager regarding production metrics and quality standards.

• Develop and deliver an impactful athlete mentorship and engagement programme to Team Singapore athletes on their journey to their next major Championships or Games

Requirements:

• A professional Degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in working with elite athlete support systems, in professional sports organizations, or wider sports industry. Candidate for Assistant Director position should have at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience as an elite athlete, coach or in sports management/administration is preferred
• Experience in developing and managing engagement programmes, establishing new systems and processes, managing athletes or partners
