Job Description

• Subject matter expert in SAP ECC application, main contact for plant SAP ECC users.
• Provide coaching support and conduct End-user training for the Document Management System.
• Business admin role in plant document control function, main contact for plant ECRO project.
• Handle Quality System document control handling per procedure.
• Provide document and record retention support to QA department including central record filing for the plant such as Process Validation, ACR, ERF, CRF, SCN, Deviation and Supplier Audit Report etc.
• Maintain the documentation master listing and documents: QM, SOP, supporting documents and external documents, etc.
• Coordinate and handle the External Document Notification.
• Coordinate and track internal and external audit schedule.
• Support audit preparation, backroom and frontroom.
• Coordinate and handle the SOP periodic review.
• Maintain the External Standard (ILI infobase), to purchase, file the external standards and update the log.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

General Accountability

• Reporting up on all quality incidents, near misses, non-conformance from SOP, Specifications and when required, to take part in further investigations.
• Observe BD Code of Ethics
• Apply SOP and/or SWI in daily operations.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) accountability. Observing GMP rules and procedures.

Education and Experience
