1. Incumbent will function as a finance business partner (an individual contributor role) and to be overall responsible for full spectrum of accounting/finance hands-on functions of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• To set-up, manage the financial systems and practices, ensuring financial information is timely, accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant accounting and taxation principles.
• Manage transaction flows from source through interfaces to general ledger.
• Ensure finance ledgers are maintained on a timely basis, are accurate and complete, and structured for the dual purpose of providing relevant information to internal users and meeting statutory obligations.
• Ensure reporting functions and responses to ad hoc requests for financial related information are appropriately delivered.
• Preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget.
• To work with auditors on audit matters; and external tax advisors on tax compliance and planning matter.
• Coordinate and working with the business and operation teams for finance related matters.
• Any other ad hoc finance/accounting duties as assigned by the Management.
