As part of the highly motivated Finance team the Senior Finance Specialist will be involved into various accounting responsibilities. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of performing day to day financial transactions, including accounts receivables and accounts payables duties
• In charge of AP operations, record suppliers’ invoices and prepare payments
• In charge of AR operations, ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenue and expenses
• Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions, and prepare balance sheets
• Posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements, tracking bank deposits and payments
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
• Participate in ERP project
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as directed by Finance Group Manager

Education and Experience

• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles (SFRS, IFRS) advantageous
• Knowledge and experience of accounting applications advantageous
• Audit experience is a plus

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for Salesforce implementation projects, identifying test scenarios, data sets, and entry criteria based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions, using both manual and automated testing approaches, tools, and frameworks
• Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues, retesting fixes, and validating that defects have been addressed satisfactorily
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios, ensuring that testing activities align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of QA activities

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
• For Junior QA developer, minimum 1-3 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
• For Senior QA developer, minimum 3-4 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
• Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
• Experience in software testing methodologies and practices, including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous

The role of the QA Executive includes:

• Support Project Management and Quality Assurance matters for EHS department
• Assist in daily operations of the Environmental Services.
• Follow up with laboratories to receive results on time
• Prepare draft report
• Support Project Management – Follow up with clients, reports etc
• Ensure that all operations are conducted within client and recognized industry health and safety requirements
