Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal liaison for escalated customer inquiries and concerns regarding products after purchase, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

About the Role:

As we accelerate our growth journey in Asia, Brooks is seeking a Quality Engineer to join us in Singapore.

Reporting to the Director, Quality Engineering based in the US, the Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality plans, metrics, programs, and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and analyses. You will be responsible for ensuring that the performance and product quality of Brooks Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturers conforms to established company, customer and regulatory requirements.

You will review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies related to the assembly and process while leading investigation of problems and developing dispositions, modifications, and corrective actions for recurring or non-recurring discrepancies.
