Are you passionate about Media technology and enjoy supporting the needs of a dynamic school environment? We are looking for a dedicated Multimedia Support Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all AV systems, supporting school events, and enhancing the teaching and learning experience through effective AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Support in terms of Photography & Videography
• Archive, manage and organise the school’s media collection.
• Oversee and manage AV systems in special rooms, including auditoriums, ensuring smooth operation of sound control panels, microphone setups, and matrix systems.
• Manage AV assets, including maintenance, replacement, and inventory.
• Support school events and providing technical assistance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in handling AV/ICT equipment is a plus.
