Responsibilities:

• Supervise the in-house maintenance team and conduct daily inspections to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and standards are met.
• Review and oversee submission of inspection and cleaning reports from supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
• Optimize storage, transportation, space planning, and the arrangement of event and meeting facilities within the premises.
• Plan and manage the deployment of cleaning and landscaping staff to ensure optimal use of resources and effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, waste management, landscaping, and pest control standards.
• Address complaints regarding maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment, taking corrective actions to meet tenant expectations.
• Engage with tenants regularly to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
• Monitor schedules for cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to their responsibilities and quality standards.
• Coordinate vendor training programs for cleaning, landscaping, and pest control personnel to maintain high service quality.
• Support event management through coordination of logistics, AV setups, and layout arrangements with onsite teams.
• Oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected downtimes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including workplace safety, fire safety, and industrial standards.
• Introduce sustainability initiatives such as energy-efficient lighting, waste reduction programs, or water-saving measures across the facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the safety, security, and overall efficiency of industrial facility operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Respond promptly to work orders, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain comprehensive records of actions taken.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with M&E or civil/building expertise.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills for handling tenant feedback and operational issues.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and fire safety requirements specific to industrial settings.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cost management related to facility operations.
