· The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer (Senior / Assistant), you are responsible for maintaining and repairing the heavy machinery, plant equipment, tools and systems used in the manufacturing, engineering and other industrial production processes. You are to ensure that all machineries and equipment are in good working conditions as and when are needed.

Responsibilities

1. Manage, oversee and lead the Maintenance team to ensure minimum downtime of Facility, Machinery and Equipment.

We are looking for L2 Application Ops Engineer to join our Application Services department to help us implement DevOps and accelerate the bank’s transformation. Mission

The L2 Application OPS Engineer is responsible to ensure production stability and contribute to the continuous improvement of the applications in scope. As we are covering the bank’s global operations, you will work in rotational shifts* and also be occasionally doing on-call support** during non-business hours.
