Senior Implementation Consultant

(data integration, analytics, and business intelligence platform)

As a Senior Implementation Consultant and team member of our rapidly growing APAC team, you will have significant impact on our company’s growth and success, and you will be working with leading edge technology.

Responsibilities:

• Providing billable professional services to customers in developing business intellligence applications leveraging industry best practices.
• Managing activities including need analysis, data review, product demonstrations.
• Becoming a Multi Product exper in its features, benefits, and application.
• Communicating via In-person, phone, email, and web meetings with customers assisting and guiding them through the design, development, implementation and deployment process of applications.
• Driving all aspects of successful implementations from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery.
• Generating Discovery meetings and document final solutions for customers and provide Knowledge transfers.
• Providing product feedback to Product Management.
• Playing an active role in the sale process providing technical support.
• Analyzing customer requirements and develop proposals of technical solutions.
• Providing onsite customer mentoring and professional services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience of software implementation.
• Multiple years of experience with BI / Data Analytics Tools
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments.
• Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to exceptional customer support.
• Strong hands-on experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience of BI tools and/or enterprise type (ERP, CRM) applications.
• Experience developing web-based apps with complex JavaScript interaction with web services is preferred.
• Source code versioning / control systems, code branching and merging practices.
• Experience with NPrinting preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written.

The Opportunity

As part of our life actuarial team, you’ll focus on high-impact opportunities to apply your knowledge and experience that will shape our services. Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in the Actuarial team, you will be assisting and leading the delivery of a wide range of client engagements, leading or working as part of a project team, relating to IFRS 17, Appointed Actuary work, actuarial valuation, pricing and product development, actuarial modelling, Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence. You will also be performing evaluation in areas related to financial risk, product distribution and capital issues. You will also work with advanced financial modeling approaches and systems, e.g. designing valuation and Asset Liability Management (ALM) frameworks.

To Qualify for the role, you must have

• Min 3 years of experience in the life actuarial team or an actuarial consulting firm
• Newly or Nearly qualified with either the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK), the Society of Actuaries (US) or the Institute of Actuaries of Australia
• Good knowledge of Prophet software
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

Depth of experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Financial modeling
• Financial and regulatory reporting
• Product and distribution strategy
• ERM / Solvency II
• M&A due diligence
