As Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal support as part of the legal services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft finance agreements, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory standards.
• Provide advice and review existing contracts related to international shipping operations.
• Support corporate and commercial projects, particularly those led by senior management, focusing on corporate governance, capital markets, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor legal developments across relevant jurisdictions impacting the business, particularly in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.
• Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, IT, HSSE, and HR, to ensure legal compliance and support.
• Mentor junior legal staff as needed and conduct legal research to support ongoing projects.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks and research initiatives that enhance the value of the legal team.
• Execute crisis management responsibilities as necessary.
• Assist with emergency response procedures related to incidents and disputes in the region.
• Manage corporate secretarial functions, including corporate administration, board resolutions, and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Relevant legal degree and experience in maritime law. Experience as Legal Counsel within a ship owner would be desirable.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience managing complex legal issues in a corporate environment.

Job Scope

• Generate Delivery orders and invoices
• Answering phone calls
• Printing, Sorting, Filling of Delivery Order and Tax invoice
• Mailing of Tax invoice to customers
• Issue Debit and Credit note
• Ordering of office equipment and stationeries such as toner, paper, envelop and etc
• Sending Statement of Accounts to customer every month
• Arrange courier service as and when required
• Prepare invoice and packing list
• Consolidate and submit petty cash summary to accounts every month
• Attend sales inquiry and process order via email / phone calls
• Process PO to vendors
• Update and follow up with customer outstanding order
• Liaise with customer of goods collection method and payment

Requirement

• At least O-level or ITE with admin experiences
• Prefer staying at the west side

Job Description:

1. Menu Development and Cost Management:

- Research and develop seasonal and permanent dishes.

- Calculate food costs accurately and set SOPs for consistent food preparation and delivery.

- Implement portion control measures to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.

2. Production Operations Oversight:

- Direct all operations of the production function within the central kitchen.

- Supervise staff to ensure production targets, portion sizing, and product quality are met.
