Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and select vendors for facilities management services to support center operations.
• Collaborate closely with term contractors to ensure the operational efficiency of the centers.
• Respond promptly to service requests, rectifications, and any other concerns from the centers.
• Conduct quality checks on the services provided by vendors.
• Assist in managing office space, including seating arrangements, telephone lines, and storage.
• Support the headquarters with sourcing and procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Prepare tables for service (e.g. clear used cutlery and crockery, wipe down tables, lay out fresh linens and cutlery, refill condiments.)
