Main Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Store Manager, support in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations
• Oversee daily and weekly deliverables such as the store checklist and inventory checklists
• Work with store manager to lead store sales performance and customer service excellence
• Delegate work, encourage and provide feedback to the team and acts as the outstanding "go to" person
• Coach staff members in providing the best guest experience, and plays a hands-on role on the sales floor
• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage
• Train new staff members and scheduling shifts
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock-take exercises
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments and close accounts for the closing shift
• Proactively acquiring knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication
• Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
• Be a customer experience champion, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent
• Completion of tertiary education and a good working knowledge of MS Office will be a plus
• Ability to work various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays).

• Investigate on the issues reported by Application Support (L2) and provide workaround and/or permanent solution.
• Workaround solution includes but not limited to: data patch, shell scripting, PL/SQL scripting etc.
• Permanent solution includes code change, workflow change etc.
• Trouble shooting involves, simulation of the issue, going through various logs, working with the application team and with the infra team.
• Should possess good people management skills such as managing the team, task allocation, mentoring, monitoring, motivating the team etc.
• Support continuous improvement throughout the development life cycle of enterprise level software solutions. This includes enhancing / maintaining of software applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for software design specifications.

• Experience and proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of T24 Core Banking transformation or Wealth Suite projects with hands-on T24 Architecture design will be highly preferred.
• Techno functional consultants with both technical experience and Product experts with in-depth knowledge of the below T24 modules are highly preferred.
• Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), - Structured Products (SY), and - Treasury Modules (MM, FX, and Swaps)
• Financial Accounting and GL reporting with hands-on experience in preparation of Accounting Schemas, Chart of Accounts, analysing GL mismatches and corrections will be highly preferred - Experience in Planning and Execution of multiple T24 upgrades, TAFC to TAFJ Migration, and Performance tuning projects will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Integration framework, IRIS and Design Frameworks are highly preferred
