GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is a key member of the team within Private Banking. He/she supports the Relationship Manager (RM) and Team Head (TH) in daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management. The ARM interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions in all tasks related to the delivery of excellent service to the clients. He/she may be the first point of contact for the client and as such, being able to gain the client’s confidence and give a positive, professional impression will be a strong asset. In this context, strong inter-personal skills are needed, together with a service-oriented mind-set.

• Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion (including documentation).
• Acquiring and evaluating new accounts.
• Preparing term sheet and structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment of financial statements, cashflow projections, sensitivity analysis, periodic credit reviews of the existing accounts and loan documentation.
• Experience in KYC/AML process
• Achieve bank’s KPI in line with MBO.

Job Description

• Coordinate with Product Development teams, Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis.
• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
• Assist the Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products.
• Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data (e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, etc.)
• Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Major in Finance/Economics/Commerce/Accountancy or any other relevant education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Fresh Graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply.
