What to Expect:

Baby Care Duties Include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Feeding/Assist in feeding of babies
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
• Ensure Baby Safety
• Umbilical Care
• Oral and Eye Care
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager
• Mummy Care Duties Include:
• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
• Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
• Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors, customers, orders and shipping arrangements

· Provide shipping schedules to related parties

· Documentation jobs-making shipping invoices, draft bill of ladings with in-house system

· Perform general admin and clerical duties – photocopy, filing, creates and updates files/documents and secretarial duties for Senior VP

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Pre-requisit:

· At least 3 years of related working experience

· Minimum educational qualification as a Diploma holder

· Knowledge of Microsoft applications

· Overseas travelling may be required to support business needs
