Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Production Assembly Work and Operations etc.
• Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000, and IATF are added advantage.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in managing/supervising manpower.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines.

Role Summary:

Responsible to develop and execute the sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales target and monthly KPI to support the company growth plans. This includes hunting and developing new accounts to expand the distribution of products as well as servicing and increasing current customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Hunter role - Revenue generation for Malaysia market
2. Have a good understanding of the company’s products, able to pitch/promote to others about them
3. Identify new business opportunities (new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services)
4. Carry out market mapping, market survey, customer profiling, exploring new opportunities in the market
5. Development and Execution of product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business goals
6. Design, manage and monitor the execution of development programs
7. Act as trainer to transfer knowledge and best practices to distributor's sales team
8. Coach and guide to team members for performance
9. Provide updates but not limited to weekly sales call / visit and business report online; and penetration and conversion projection / achievement monthly report

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably in frozen food, biscuit, bakery categories.
• At least a Diploma in any field, able to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malayu or Mandarin.
• Experience in developing strategies and plans to drive sales.
• Hands on project management skillset and disciplines to manage and drive topline.
• Independent, strong team player, mature, strong analytical and concept crafting skills, good interpersonal and presentation skills
• With Malaysia, Singapore and International market knowledge will be an added value.
• Positive attitude, possess own transport, willing to travel out frequently for the Sales Hunt.
• Have eye for details, hands-on and able to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)

1. Prepare construction method statement, manpower plan, construction equipment plan, and schedule during the project bidding stage.

2. Supervise contractors on the job site for quality, safety, and schedule.

3. Quantity verification of progress.

4. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems.

5. Coordinate with related departments and public authorities to solve the project issues.

6. Implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction in the entire process.

7. To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines in each project.

8. Perform leadership and direction within the project execution team;

Key qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or CSA background.

2. Minimum 8 years of construction experience, at least 1 five-star hotel project CM experience.

3. Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English.

4. Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control, and cost control.

5. Knowledge of Microsoft project planner.

Assistant Manager (Lighting department) - Stationed at Macau

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for working as part of the Lighting Team to install, maintain and operate lighting and electrical show elements and systems in a safe and consistent manner for The House of Dancing Water and all company events/ shows.
• The Assistant Manager may participate as a follow spot and/or console operator and assist with strategies to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Job Requirement

• Five years as electrics technician; field experience with repairs and troubleshooting, and the use of digital test equipment to perform such repairs; in-depth electrical and electronics knowledge and experience.
• 3-5 years of console experience and or follow spot operation in a theatre, acrobatic or dance show environment.
• College diploma (or degree) in live entertainment or theatre production (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong computer knowledge required in ACAD/Vectorworks, Filemaker, Lightwright and other specialty lighting programs.
• Experience with large-scale production lighting systems, troubleshooting electrical systems, digital communications, and computer operations related to theatrical lighting.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software applications related to Lighting and Projection systems.
• Personnel management experience an asset.
• Flexibility, autonomy, team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle contingencies and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software for Windows.
• Fluent in English (Written, Spoken) is required. (communicate with co-workers)
• Fluent in Cantonese is an asset.
• PADI Dive Certification or desire to learn to dive. (Training Provided)
• IRATA certification or desire and ability to receive IRATA certification. (Training Provided)
• Have theater / stage performance related working experience
• Able to work-at-height
