Candidates must be willing to work 44-hour work week in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMW) located at Loyang Industrial Estate, where 98% of patients are male migrant workers.

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Do billing and cash collection.
• Update records and distribute reports.
• File patients' records.
• Replenish sundry item inventory when stock runs low.
• Do crowd control and simple triaging.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Willing to work in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMCW) at Loyang Industrial Estate.
• Minimum GCE "N" levels with minimum some work experience in customer service.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
