Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Laundry Assistant to assist with daily laundry operations. You will be responsible for washing, drying, folding, and ironing laundry while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items.
• Operate laundry equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area.
• Assist with inventory and report equipment issues.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Able to lift and handle laundry items.
• Minimum 3 days of availability per week, including weekends.
• Seniors are welcome to apply.

Contract Period:

• 2 January 2025 – 31 Dec 2025

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6.30am to 5:30pm, (Atleast 4 Hours) inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during home based learning days and school holidays unless required by the school.

Scope of Works:

• Ordering and preparation of ingredients and equipment for practical lessons in the food labs
• General cleaning and maintenance of the food labs
• Checking, collating, ordering and receiving of ingredients from supplier
• All other duties as required by the Authority

Requirement:

• PSLE Certificate or equivalent
• 1 yr exp as Food Lab Assistant in Schools
• Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures

Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities

• AP functions - Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payment.
• Prepare expense & staff claims.
• AR functions – Post receipts to system, send monthly SOA to customers and follow up with outstanding payment.
• Reconciliation of overseas PO, Invoice & SOA
• Maintain up to date records and well organize documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
