In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school by supporting procurement, student administration, staff matters, record keeping, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of adhoc small value items, including stationery, bus bookings etc.
• Assist in prosessing applications for financial assistance and related scheme for students from low-income families.
• Follow-up with parents on outstanding bills.
• Update staffs' leave records on movement boards.
• Record keeping duties - Eg. utilities and telecommuniations monthly usage, photocopy monthly usage, maintain list of expiry dates of contracts and agreement
• Attend to walk-in visitors who requires assistance.
• Attend to students reporting in sick.
• Receiving incoming phonecalls, mails and parcels, and direct to relevant staff.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude even when under stress.
• A pleasant personality and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• An independent worker with initiative.
• Has an eye for details, and has good organisation and time
  management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
