Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor work activities closely with site supervisors.
• Assist in the hiring and training of new employees
• Perform quality, service, and safety audits
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
• Act as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff
• Ensure equipment maintenance and consumables ordering/ tracking
• Manage employee personnel issues
• Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement
• Maintain detailed records of periodical work done on site
• Provide supervision in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned sites.
• Inspect areas, equipment and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Provide stand in support when there is an operational need.
• Any other additional duties assigned by the operation manager.
