Job Responsibilities :
1. Lead, plan and supervising staffs to ensure work process meeting daily requirement by the designated cut-off times.
2. Ensure warehouse activities carry out in efficient manner, proper storage of goods and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
3. Improvise the current warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency for better productivity gain.
4. Plan continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies in warehouse.
5. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

2. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
3. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
4. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
5. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
6. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
7. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
9. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
10. Maintained records for all operational documents
11. Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices
12. Managed purchase requisition and system updates
13. Overtime management for team members
Requirements:
1. GCE ‘O’ level / NITEC / Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS
3. Min 3 years of experience managing as a Warehouse Executive/Supervisor
4. Experienced in inventory management system, preferably ERP system.
5. Must have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck.
6. Required to perform overtime as requested
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. Able to work in a team
