Profile

· 10+ years of experience marketing and selling business solutions in APAC – protective packaging experience ideal

• An intimate understanding of the APAC markets and product needs, as well as a proven track record of delivering results is required. Demonstrated ability to understand market trends and competitive analysis as well as actions taken to capitalize on those trends. Must have strong business acumen, judgment, and risk assessment capabilities. Significant experience working with major multi-national clients and partners and exceeding aggressive sales goals.
• Operational know-how and ability to partner across functions to ensure clear communications and efficient processes

· Experience driving growth in a competitive marketplace

• Has achieved organic growth and sustainable, high-quality earnings. Evidence of successful initiatives that identified expansion opportunities and executed the vision to drive growth.

· Customer and market engagement

• Able to maintain direct, energetic and impactful engagement with customers, markets and industry stakeholder groups. Has a strong executive presence and is able to maintain long-term customer relationships that are strategic and structured. Has a natural tendency and instinct to create opportunities, relationships and positive results. An existing rolodex of large potential customers is ideal.

· Team Leadership

• Experience working extensively with distributed teams in the territory.
• Has a genuine passion and proven track record of developing talented people to meet the expanding needs of a business.
