The Job

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators.
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
• Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts.
• Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements.
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.
• A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry.
• Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears.
• Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn.
• Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)

Job Description:

• Assist with leasing sales admin process and coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
• Handling of incoming calls and providing customer service
• Administer and handle the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Responsible for accuracy data entry input; filing for all data record documentation in the ERP & CRM systems
• Prepare printed materials and compilation of reports
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangements
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of processes and able to quickly grasp system flows
• Follow up closely with the team's work progress

Requirements

• Min qualification diploma with 2 years’ experience in admin work
• Similar experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate with customer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Fast in respond and able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Roles and responsibilities

• To assist in the execution of marketing plans on various social media platforms.
• Responsible for the creation of graphics required for social media campaigns
• Assist with any videography filming and editing for social media campaigns
• Responsible for writing articles, blogposts and any captions for social media posts.
• Assist with packing of orders
• Assist with arranging for delivery for orders
• Assist with managing E-commerce platform orders and customer service

Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Business Development team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibility

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to create unique offerings that attract and retain customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels to foster trust and loyalty.
• Develop strategies to create value-added partnerships with customers for long-term success.
• Turn potential opportunities into actionable plans with customers.
• Monitor market trends and competition to optimize sales, pricing, and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Create and share Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new customers with operational teams.
• Resolve customer service issues as needed and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report progress using Salesforce.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in any field of studies
• Mini 5 years of relevant sales experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry
