• Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects.

• Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.

• Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as

generate monthly reports for Management.

• Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.

• Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.

• Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

• Read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD.

What you will be doing:

The sales support & admin executive is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day activities of our Chief Commercial Officer and the sales team .

Responsibilities:

· Sales Support: Assist the sales enablement team with day-to-day activities, including sales pitch and administrative preparations.

· Reporting & Analysis: Provide administrative support for sales presentations and proposals.

· Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the Chief Commercial Officer’s (CCO) calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments based on urgency and importance

· Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

· Claims Submission: Ensure timely processing of claims submissions on Zoho system.

What you need to be successful in this role:

· Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

· Proficient in MS Office, and Zoho

· Experience in processing claims in Zoho or other expense reporting software.
