Duties

• Assist Recruitment Consultant with fulfilling the staffing needs of clients and job seekers
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews
• Provide support to the sales team
• Perform Administrative and Data Entry duties
• Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director
• Assist the Director daily tasks and follow up closely
• Other Ad-hoc duties apply if needed

Requirements

• No experience required, training provided
• Min A Levels
• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
• Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
• Team player and able to work well with all levels

• Operate a forklift to efficiently load and unload materials for optimal handling.
• Accurately unpack and pack items for storage and shipment.
• Clearly label products to ensure proper identification and organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support inventory management by tracking and reporting stock levels.

Job Requirements:

· At least 1 year of related working experience

· Forklift license will be a plus
