Our Company is looking for a Sales Support Executive (SMB/Corporate) to be in charge of sales support and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Order processing (Quotation, PO, DO, and Invoicing)
• Respond to customers' queries
• Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target
• Maintain good relationships with existing accounts
• Liaise closely with the logistics department, Product Managers and customers to ensure on-time order fulfillment
• To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior/Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, any field
• Training will be provided
• Detailed in paperwork handling
• Ability to work independently and also team oriented

• Provide operational support in the assigned function
• Ensure all medical records are managed under strictest confidentiality and security.
• The Staff is expected to be proficient in the use of electronic systems and Microsoft Office programmes (e.g. Excel, Word) to support daily operational functions of Medical Records Office (MRO) .
• The Staff is expected to assist and provide advice to both internal and external parties with regards to medical records related processes.
• Register and process medical report requests, including cashier function for medical report payment.
• Follow-up with doctors on incomplete medical report requests.
• Execute administrative duties pertaining to all medical report requests (including follow-up on email correspondence and quality check on completed medical reports)
• Manage and resolve urgent and/or difficult cases to ensure that medical reports reach requestor within the stipulated timeline
• Retrieve medical records to facilitate report writing and/or records duplication requests from law firms and government agencies

Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to start work within short notice
