Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to grow the healthcare insurance segment, with a strong focus on B2C sales and partnerships with major insurance providers.
• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the healthcare insurance market to drive revenue growth.
• Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing sales team of 3-4 members, providing leadership, mentorship, and ensuring achievement of targets.
• Client Relations: Represent the organization professionally to build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance partnerships, and improve customer experience.
• Results-Oriented Culture: Establish and maintain a results-driven culture, achieving both team and individual sales goals.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in healthcare insurance sales with deep knowledge of major insurance providers and industry processes.
