Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer acquisition within the securities, wealth management, or financial industries. Experience working with overseas brokers is preferred.

• Reporting to the Management team which is head-quartered in Singapore, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of selling and promoting a range of Scientific Instruments into a wide and diverse customer base, ie. R&D institutes, universities and industry.
• Proactively engaging in new business development & achieving set target
• Provide technical consultation to clients to help solve application issues
• Overseas & on the job training will be provided.

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Material Science, Biomedical/Bio-Chemistry/Pharmaceutical/ Chemical Engineering with minimum 1 to 2 years working experience.
• Candidates with sales or laboratory experience is preferred.

· Develop new business via outbound phone and digital medium, such as - email and social media to introduce our FX products/services.

· Perform KYC & CDD for corporate and personal account opening.

· Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers.

· Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.

· Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets.

Experience:

· Learn FX sales, settlement and cross-border payment.

· Knowledge in Forex Exchange will be an advantage.

· Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers).

· Must know how to use Microsoft – Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
