· Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue
· Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Directors of Sustainability or Procurement) in Target Accounts
· Scheduling qualified initial meetings for Account Executives
· Sharing the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companies
· Leveraging your teammates (Marketing and Account Executives) to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive opportunities in regional areas
· Maintaining an activity (emails, calls, LinkedIn) volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
· Recording and documenting all calls and communications in Salesforce.com in order to identify trends for improvement
· Leveraging social networks for sales opportunities and leads
Requirement:
To be successful in this role, you will share our passion for guiding companies toward a more sustainable world through excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening skills. In addition, you will bring:
· At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing
· Experience or education in a related field (Procurement, Sustainability, Business)
· Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn - although training will be provided
· Knowledge of APJ corporate business culture
· Fluency in Mandarin and English is required as you will be discussing sustainable procurement solutions in both languages
· Good time management with strong organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
· Highly motivated, driven and self-starting
