Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts across healthcare institutions, clinics, and retail pharmacies, maximizing business potential within the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking out new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by identifying market prospects, generating leads, and promoting the company’s product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on competitor activities and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma or 'A' Levels qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
• Basic knowledge of medical products is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage sales coverage for healthcare institutions, clinics, or retail pharmacies.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and planning, with a focus on achieving results.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Class 3 driving license and personal transport preferred.
• Senior Sales Executive positions are available for candidates with additional relevant experience.
