Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

- $2,800-$4,300/Month + CPF (inclusive of team incentives)

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire good product knowledge (will have product training conducted by RO & Team)

• Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in executing the daily procurement process in the short cycle time

• Responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager in executing the daily procurement process

• Issuance of Purchase Order

• To work closely with suppliers and principals to ensure on-time delivery

• Prepare L/C and handle import shipping documents.

• Co-ordinate with warehouse & 3rd party warehouse on incoming shipments.

• Process Goods Receipt by purchase order and submit to Finance for payment to suppliers

• Responsible for receiving and updating new certificate information

• Assist in sourcing locally for new products or replenishing products

• Assist in handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortages, and missing parts

• Assist in updating of product information and supplier profile

• Any other work assigned by the supervisor. Requirement:

Minimum education: Diploma Work location: Near Commonwealth MRT station 5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving business and sales objective/ targets
• Explore for new business within the Alliance / Channels space
• Handle account management matters and be the point of contact for Alliance / Channel Partners
• Build strategic account relationships (at all levels from Engineer to CEO) and develop new client relationships to achieve sales volume and profit goals
• Establish and grow strong pipelines for business opportunities
• Conduct Weekly cadence with Alliance / Channel Partners to review on their opportunities
• Capture qualified opportunities in Salesforce.com and nurture the opportunity from lead to close
• Prepare proposals, and present solutions to customers.
• Lead and work with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies to compete in a high competitive environment.
• Work with cross functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, post-sales and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Role Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/ITE in Engineering or relevant discipline with experience in the telecommunications industry
• At least 2 years working experience in IT/Telecom sales
• Familiar with telecom services like Dark Fiber, Lease lines, Ethernet, MPLS, Colocation, Cloud, SDN, NFV, and etc
• Strong command of English and able to engage stakeholders
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Independent, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Outgoing with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative problem-solving skills
