As a Senior Account Executive, you will work on a variety of projects which could include scientific and strategic consultation, publications planning, and organisation of satellite symposia and stand-alone meetings, and development of a range of print and digital medical education projects. This is a role in a dynamic global team with lots of opportunity for growth and progression. You will have the opportunity to get on-site experience and cross-functional liaison internally. To succeed, you must have a BSc in life sciences. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment. You will also be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and preparation for monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
