Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Junior Executive at Hurda Metals, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by effectively marketing our scrap metal services and expanding our client base. We are specifically looking for individuals who are Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects), and hold either a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote our scrap metal services and enhance brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Hurda Metals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Hurda Metals and establish valuable connections within the sector.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects) and English.
• Proven track record in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the metal recycling or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and build rapport.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• B2B Corporate Sales responsibility
• Lead Generating, develop sales strategy, distribution and fulfilment
• Cold-calling, email, canvassing to schools, organisations, PA, factories, corporate bulk purchases
• Update catalogues and handled all incoming enquiries
• Re-engage with past corporate customers
• Source for major pop-up events such as Artbox, Airshow etc, and get all the necessary information to present costing to management
• Set-up of all staff sales and events
• Ensure all orders are packed and to deliver to clients or partners
• Liaise with graphic team and printer for collaterals or packaging customisation for bulk orders
• Liaise with operation team for bulk order fulfillment and delivery
• Propose sales and marketing collaterals

Candidate Requirement:
